So since I have really sucked it up lately, I decided to start waking up early so that I could walk/run on our treadmill. Today was day #1....
My first impression: I HATE waking up early. If I had my way, I'd sleep 'till about noon. However, once I got moving I was really happy that I got up. My morning seems to be more productive at this point, but I'm curious to see how tired I am later for losing that hour of sleep.
